Reverend Howard, as he prefers to be called, is a non-denominational minister performing wedding ceremonies throughout the tri-city area.

Along with conducting all legal functions of the ministry, Reverend Howard fills his wedding services with love and joy. He specializes in personalizing each ceremony – from couples wishing to express themselves with their weddings vows to accommodating couples’ personal beliefs.
